Zest is a well-established healthcare clinic in Oxford, providing expert podiatry care for foot and ankle conditions, alongside physiotherapy for injuries and pain throughout the body.
Our experienced team includes podiatrists and a highly skilled physiotherapist working across four treatment rooms and a dedicated gait analysis suite. We invest in modern, state-of-the-art technology to assess and treat our patients, helping us deliver outstanding clinical care and an exceptional patient experience.
Our patients range from young children to older adults, so we’re looking for someone who can communicate confidently with people from all walks of life and ensure every patient feels welcomed, supported, and cared for.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the appointment diary to maximise clinician availability and clinic efficiency.
- Welcoming patients and supporting any individual needs, such as wheelchair access or helping nervous patients feel at ease.
- Managing the clinic email inbox and responding appropriately to enquiries.
- Helping patients choose the most suitable appointment type.
- Processing payments, booking follow-up appointments, and providing any relevant aftercare information.
- Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-stocked reception area, including refreshments.
- Managing stock levels, patient orders, and clinical test results.
- Ensuring bespoke orders and test results are accurately recorded and tracked.
- Delivering an outstanding patient experience from the first enquiry through to post-treatment follow-up.
