Zest Podiatry & Physio has a contract to deliver Podiatry services to NHS patients. Patients cannot self refer to Zest Podiatry & Physio for NHS podiatry treatment and we only invite patients to book who have been confirmed by Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust.

Who is eligible to be treated at Zest via Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust?

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust have a criteria that they are working within. If you match their requirements then you will be referred to us for treatment and assessment.

How will I know if I am eligible?

The following steps are taken to ensure the appropriate patients are referred to us at Zest podiatry:

1. Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust check their criteria against their patients
2. Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust will contact you asking if you still require treatment
   • You must reply to this, if yes then
3. Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust will then ask if you are happy to see us at Zest Podiatry and share your details with us
   • If you answer yes, then your details will be forwarded to us.
4. Zest Podiatry receieve your information and contact you directly to book your first appointment with us.

1. Do you have a long waiting list?

We do not have a long waiting list, and we aim to contact you within a fortnight of recieiving your information and aim to book your first appointment within a month.

2. I haven’t heard anything, or I’ve been waiting a while

3. Shall I call you Zest podiatry for more information?

We receive your information only after Oxford NHS Foundation Trust have fully confirmed they are referring to us, we cannot confirm anything until we have this information. Please only call us if we have contacted you already.
