Would you like to join us volunteering locally with the oxford homeless? You can be hands on or off.

The Zest Team volunteer in Oxford every 6 weeks offering podiatry footcare to the homeless and vulnerable. We have a team of podiatrists from the NHS that join us, local podiatrists and foot workers.

Can anyone help?

If you are interested you can register with the charity www.forgottenfeet.org. This will enable you to work with us, the Zest team manage and lead the oxford team and we welcome new members.

Who do we work with in Oxford

We work alongside the The Oxford Gatehouse project. We are able to take over an area in the Church hall at St Giles Church. These volunteers from the gatehouse assist us whilst they provide food, drink and clothes to the visitors.

Has covid impacted the work you do?

Yes, Covid-19 has prevented us from offering treatments to the visitors. Its has also prevented the Gatehouse from offering their full range of services. It means their food and drink is take out only. This has influenced the Christmas campaign for 2020.

How can you help?

If you are interested in helping at Oxford, please contact us at Zest, otherwise you can find other locations at the Forgotten Feet website. Helping Homeless people keep warm this winter. #pantsthischristmas
