Our promise to you
We will contact the patient and book them in to see the appropriate clinician. Following their consultation and/or treatment, we will keep you informed of the outcome and any further treatments needed.

We welcome referrals from GPs, district nurses and other healthcare professionals and we will process the referral quickly and efficiently.
What information do I need to provide
We need the patients’ name, address, date of birth and contact telephone numbers as a minimum but other information is useful and this can be see on the referral form.
How quickly can the patient be seen
We have appointments every day and our aim is to see patients within a week whether that be for general podiatry or nail surgery. Patients can call us to book or they can choose to book online.
Do you offer emergency appointments
For patients in pain we aim to see them within 24 hours of referral/contact. For ingrowing toenails , we can supply antibiotics or perform nail surgery under local local anaesthetic.
