Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised, motivated and well-presented individual to join our team. If you would like to make a positive contribution to the patient experience supported by excellent interpersonal skills and enthusiasm , then we would like to hear from you.

Summary

The Administrator role is key to support the reception and admin functions at Zest Podiatry & Physio; helping with the front of house operation including administrative processes, taking bookings and payments for all treatment and assisting the Directors and Clinicians in their roles.

We are a healthcare business that has grown rapidly and we require the right individual to deliver a supporting role in the administration of our business.

Job location

The position is based at the Zest Podiatry clinic, Oxford

Working Hours

25 hours per week (5 hours , 5 days a week) plus one Saturday per month. Flexible hours considered 

Responsibilities

  • Financial/Management accounting – including daily stats, weekly reports from eNotes system
  • Financial support – invoice management/payment
  • Stock management – ordering, payments, point of sale 
  • Clinical admin support – management of key projects and clinics
    • Patient Outcome Forms- appointment reviews/recalls
    • Patient satisfaction monitoring
    • Diary management
    • Patient data entry
    • Orthotics process
    • Patient follow ups
  • Social media analysis – weekly reporting
  • Reception support
    • inbound/outbound telephone calls (cover for receptionist)
    • appointment booking
    • Email management

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree (desirable but not essential)
  • Previous admin and front of house essential

Key skills

  • Team player – ability to work with both clinical and non clinical staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and innovative approach to work
  • Positive attitude to problem-solving
  • Ability to work proactively and deliver results
  • Great organisational and time management skills
  • Computer literate – Word, Excel, databases
  • Social Media knowledge

Salary & Benefits

Salary range £28,000-£30,000 per annum (pro rata based on 37.5 hours per week)
